Teacher's Day Handout Hymn about Teacher's Day
1. Poem dedicated on Teachers' Day (I)
A teacher is like a burning candle
He opens up the light, so that ignorance and darkness recede.
But I also saw the vanishing flame, and the spring.
I will praise and sing of a burning candle
It's a force in the world, a revelation.
Those silent eyes are illuminated by it
The uncultivated wilderness it caresses.
A candle burns to bring out its inner warmth.
It's the petals of spring. I know.
It's white and blood-red, like its flesh.
Its candle heart is a belief in its existence.
We remember our alma mater today, the many candles of our teachers.
Let us remember, their burning, has illuminated us.
A teacher's life burns like a candle
It's ordinary, but it's got a very sacred glow to it.
Let's learn to love a candle with a flickering flame.
It is a green landscape presented by spring
