After watching China's university students' catechism: innovation and reflection on education in the new era
In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, online education has seen explosive growth. As an important form of online education, catechism (MOOC, Massive Open Online Course) has been warmly welcomed by teachers and students. As a college student, I have the honor to learn many quality courses through the Mucous Class platform, and the following are a few reflections on my afterthoughts of Chinese college students' Mucous Classes.
First of all, catechism provides rich learning resources for the majority of students. On the catechism platform, we can find experts and scholars from all over the world to teach us professional knowledge, which greatly broadens our horizons. At the same time, there is a wide variety of courses on the catechism platform, including subject knowledge and vocational skills training, which meets our diversified learning needs.
Secondly, catechism has promoted educational equity. In the past, high-quality educational resources were mainly concentrated in some institutions of higher learning, but the emergence of catechism has made it possible to share these resources. No matter where we are, as long as there is a network, we can access world-class educational resources. This provides more opportunities for students in rural and mountainous areas to change their destiny.
However, while enjoying the convenience brought by catechism, we should also see its deficiencies. First of all, the evaluation system of catechism is not yet perfect. Due to the large number of students on the catechism platform, it is difficult for teachers to provide personalized tutoring to each student, which leads to the low motivation of some students to learn. Secondly, relying on online learning for a long time can easily lead to students' health problems such as vision loss and cervical spondylosis.
In view of these problems, I think we can improve in the following aspects. First of all, strengthen the teacher-student interaction in the teaching process of catechism to improve students' learning enthusiasm. Teachers can regularly organize online discussions, Q&A and other activities to guide students to think deeply. Secondly, strengthen the practicality of the teaching content of catechism classes and focus on cultivating students' practical ability. Finally, guide students to rationally arrange their study time, maintain good study habits and pay attention to their health.
In conclusion, as an innovation of education in the new era, Chinese college students' catechism has changed our learning mode to a great extent. In our future learning, we should make full use of the resources of catechism, constantly improve our comprehensive quality, and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
